I’ve been in this huge family since 2010. It was a choice I’ve never regretted because I have made many many, and I really mean A LOT of good friends here! :) Hehehe.

RBKD’s Orientation 2012!

It was a really fun and memorable one for me because we were all running around Sentosa to complete the amazing race!

The performance/skit part was the best of all as everyone stepped out of their boundaries and really enjoyed themselves. Actually, to me, all the times spent with RBKD are unforgettable. :)

2) I have learnt in RBKD that……..

You can do anything if you put your mind into it, and you will succeed if you put your heart into it.

Fish feeding @ Bishan!

It was a short session with everyone. We were just playing with water and chatting with one another but it was really fun! This is because it was quality time spent together with everyone!

My name is Woo Yue Chang and I am currently studying at Queenstown Secondary School :) (sec 4 this year)

Me and RBKD:

I was a forum member for almost two years before I signed up to be a priority member. I think that RBKD has become a bigger family as time goes by, we are all able to bond better together and enjoy ourselves together. It is always so much fun hanging out with Rangels from RBKD.

Orientation time!

I met so many new faces that day, yet we could have so much fun together despite not knowing much about each other. I also enjoyed the steamboat dinner alot!

2) I have learnt in RBKD that……..

Through RBKD, I have learnt to take more initiative. Eg. starting a conversation with others. I have also learnt that RBKD is not just an ordinary fanclub anymore. We are a family~

My favourite IPC is the pre-orientation Minds Cafe IPC.

There were many new members who turned up for that IPC and we had LOTS of fun playing card/board games. I didn’t know that it would be so much fun.

We were dressed in smart casual retro style at the Joys of Life party. It was really fun to party with all the rangels!

More challenging! Something like an amazing race. I guess it would be fun but hard to organise, haha.

weareone: Our Third Chapter Chalet!! It was really fun to be able to spend time with fellow Rangles playing games, watching television and celebrating RBKD’s birthday together until late night!!

Day out at Marina Barrage! It was the first IPC that I’ve attended with such a huge turnout!

To attend the countdown party at the end of every year! We always have so much fun cheering and “train-ing” around the place! Ever since I attended the first countdown party with RBKD, it has been a tradition to countdown to the new year with RBKD every year. :)

Rail in, Flight out Trip to Kuala Lumpur!

Visiting A&W for curly fries + root beer @ midnight.
Taking the indoor roller coaster ride at times square~
Exploring an old town in the midst of finding “Ulu Yam”!

It is all these little things that we did that made the trip a really unforgettable one :’)

The CNY Charity drive. As we all get to volunteer together, to distribute the goodie bags to the senior citizens.

Badminton IPC as I get to play my favourite sports, and bond with the members!

weareone – our third chapter chalet 2011!

It was the first RBKD chalet I attended and I got to know more awesome people through this chalet! I really had fun bonding with everyone that day and night ^^

There is always a first time in everything we do, we should not be afraid to take the first step. And everything is possible, as long as we put our hearts in it.

Waterfront IPC!

Because through this IPC, I got closer to some members and I enjoyed myself that day chatting and playing around! I loved the numerous “failed” jumpshots we all took that day as well~

Having fun at the weareone: our second chapter chalet last year with the cream and the pyjamas! Having cream smeared all over my face and my arms is definitely unforgettably oily! And doing (pyjamas-related) things I never thought I’d do in front of other people…

Everything should be done to the best of our ability.

Woodlands Waterfront IPC! It was my first time going there and it’s really nice to get some sunshine and unleash the kid in me (with the playgrounds and the big climbing structure thingy haha)! And we managed to catch a bit of the red moon that day too! :)

weareone: Our Second Chapter Birthday Chalet 2010!

I’m really glad that I went. The watergun fight, the waking up at 4am to catch the sunrise, the pyjamas night, the “yumseng”, and the cream fight were all awesome!

2) I have learnt in RBKD that……..

Age doesn’t matter in this fanclub! All of us get along quite well regardless of our age! I’ve also learnt that it’s the teamwork in RBKD that makes it so successful!

The K-session at Marina Square because it’s the every first IPC that I went!

It was quite awkward at first because I didn’t know anyone else.
But that’s where all the fun started out! If I didn’t go for this IPC, I guess I wouldn’t have been so close to them!

Pulau Ubin Hike and Bike!! I went for quite a few cycling trips, but this is the most memorable one, first time travelling so far for one IPC.

My name is Jolie. I am a student at Clementi Town Secondary School, just taken my N and O levels and currently also working as a part time retail assistant.

Me and RBKD:

I only knew of RBKD after watching By My Side which is also my favourite mediacorp drama to date. I used to look down on people who were in fanclubs as I find them a waste of time and I really did not expect myself to join one. So I always believe karma is true. The unexpected is always those that comes true.

1) Memorable and unforgettable moment(s) in RBKD was……

a) The pyjamas night during the Annual Summer Chalet in 2009. Even in daily life, I never had the habit to even wear pyjamas when I sleep so when president wanted to have this, my mind was only thinking, “Where the hell do I get pyjamas?” I went on a crazy search for it and I could never forget it.

b) Countdown to RBKD’s second birthday. I will never forget how much whipped cream was prepared for us. It’s never a good thing when you see the committee members gathering together and smiling slyly.

2) I have learnt in RBKD that……..

RBKD is not just a simple fanclub who chase after Rui En only but also volunteers their time and celebrate by themselves for no special reason.

3) My favourite IPC is …… because …….

The Kite flying IPC! I have always love kite flying but my friends are forever not going with me and when someone wanted to organise it, I was so excited for it! The IPC was considered a meetup for old members and also for us to get to know each other. It might have been awkward but I bet everyone enjoyed themselves!

Everyone’s all hyped up and ready for star awards! During this period of time actually most of us were having common test, exams and yet in the bus, some of us managed to study and play. Who says that being in a fanclub is a waste of time? We study too! We always put our exams at priority!

5) I hope to go for an IPC in future that is ……

Actually I would like a IPC that just requires people to sit down and talk, play, eat and do whatever they want as long as they do it together. A group of people who are really awkward in the beginning ending up being the closest of friends ever.

This sentence might be old but it always help me when I’m very stress.
