It’s honestly, just like one of those regular family gatherings, plain but comfortable. There were a few new members and understandably, they might feel a little out of place but everyone has been through that stage and look at how comfortable we are with each other now.

At first glance, we thought another artiste went on stage instead. Hence, explained the ‘retardness’ in screams…. LOL!. But instead, we all got early x’mas gifts with her wavings & smiles… not forgetting her pinch on a cute little boy who looked SUPER LOST on stage!
It was fate, or rather the lack of, that explains why the Idol & Fans didn’t get to take a group photo. But we’re all glad to know she came back specially to look for us after being ushered off to the car park by the security.

I guess everyone’s at the party now, really hoping you guys having alot of irreverent fun, as I know is very much RBKD’s style.
Looking at all the posts, especially your President Xinyi’s post on the FC blog, I’m so so happy that this fan club has become more than just a fan club.
It’s become a real community. It’s made people overcome certain things like shyness that they didn’t conquer before.
Cos I wouldn’t be able to forgive myself if this became a distraction or waste of time for anyone.
Again, Happy Birthday. Here’s to many birthdays TOGETHER ahead.

15th November holds great significance to me, perhaps more so to me than to anyone. It’s not just the day RBKD was born, not just the day I joined any Fan Club officially, not just the day I was nearly “dehydrated” from the tears and sweat lost, but more of the day I fulfilled my promise, and now, the day I fulfill my extended promise.
I’m not going to promise you that I would be here this day next year; I didn’t promise that last year, I won’t promise it this year either. It’s just unimaginable.
Nevertheless, RBKD to me is more than just a Fan Club, more than just a family outside of our home, more than anything else I could imagine when I came on board, more than just Rui En.
There’s so much, so much that it sinks down deep in my heart and I can’t dig out any bit of it to tell you how I feel exactly right now.
But dear RBKD, you are a four letter word I so love to speak; you are a place I so long to be; and you are a year of my life I so want to live. You brought me friends in Bee, Xaby, Grace, Shirley and more; you brought me experience and knowledge beyond what schools could offer me; you brought me everything, everything of what you could possibly give to me.
If you could sense the gratitude and utmost sincerity from me, these six words suffice – Happy Birthday, RBKD. I Love You.

I’m really glad RBKD can be so successfully in the whole of this one year. Its official, RBKD is going to be 1 in 12 days time! Hurray! The club has been managed really well, and I believe everyone have cooperated to allow RBKD be what it is today. It is really wonderful to have known RBKD and its members and I feel very fortunate and blessed to be part of RBKD. Here, I wish RBKD and all its members a very happy 1st birthday. May we together bring RBKD to greater heights in the time to come! :)
