“This is a police event, don’t try do anything funny!”
The sentence above (or something along that line) is something I heard about 2-3 times during the event. Haha.
Like almost all other events, RBKD was there early. So while waiting, we were all either eating/talking/resting/doing homework/reading/walking around/looking at rehearsals/staring into space.
Goodie bags were up for grab and to get a goodie bag, we had to find out what ‘COP’ and ‘COPS’ means and explain them to the officers. Haha. FYI, COP = Citizens on Patrol, whereas COPS = Community Policing System.
Then came the appearance of Rui En! *scream* *wave boards* The next moment, Rui En and the other artistes were all surrounded by residents and fans! BUT since it’s a police event they were pretty safe even though there was a huge crowd near them. When C.L.I.F. 2 clip was played, we were all cheering whenever Zhi Jie appeared on the screen! :D Even the emcee was teasing us after that – “some of you were waiting for the appearance of some character YAYYYYY!†Hahaha.
The event ended off with some of us going for a photo-taking session with the C.L.I.F 2 artistes!

This is the second time that I have participated in a roadshow with RBKD (first time being Joys of Life Roadshow) but it was rather different this time. This road show was in conjunction with the launch of Punggol Neighbourhood Police Centre.
It was quite an experience looking through all the exhibits at the roadshow. For those who have joined the event would probably have learnt one to two knowledge about keeping your own neighbourhood safe or even learnt how to maintain a good relationship with your neighbours.
The biggest difference between these 2 roadshows was that I have known more Rangels and thus explained more interactions. I still remembered during the last roadshow, though I was sitting with RBKD, I was not really talking as I did not know many of them. But now that I have known more of them through the IPCs, I had lotsa of interactions and fun. We joked around while waiting for the launch of the event. Really glad to be part of RBKD to go for the event and am looking forward for more of these!

This is my 2nd countdown with RBKD, and every year, countdown with RBKD has been an event I look forward to.
The sharing and caring for one another is something that has always make me proud for being part of RBKD, where one feels included in activities. As a whole, RBKD is united in a single direction.
2012 has been a wonderful year for fans of Rui En because her efforts are being recognised by the various awards she won. As we herald the new year in, let’s continue to work hard together and support our dearest idol and hope for new things to happen this year! Best wishes to all for 2013!

2012 zoomed past so quickly that little did I realize, it was time for countdown to 2013 with RBKD and Rui En. It was the first time I went for a countdown party with RBKD and I felt that it was different from the other countdown parties which I’ve attended.
It really felt great to be able to scream and cheer with the rest of the Rangels for Rui En. I never did expect to have so much fun with the spray cans! At the end of the countdown, all of us seemed like we were being trapped by the ribbon “webs” :p
It was indeed an awesome and memorable night to end off 2012 and to welcome 2013.
I hope that 2013 will be a smooth sailing and happy year for everyone. :)

Hello, the 4 of us are the ‘First-Timers’ to the MCS Theater *waves*
It’s almost like a total stranger in a familiar place…
Sat at where the Rangels were seated for SA2011 Night 1… but something’s amiss, missing the fellow Rangels… it was a little lonely that night because RBKD has been allocated with only 4 tickets.
Though we’re like frantically looking for the appropriate moments to scream our lungs out, we had fun.
Never mind that we’re smaller in force and it’s a little hard to spot us this time, be assureed we’ll be there when you’re there :)

“People came to queue to see stars (artiste), we came to play†HAHHAHAHHAHAHAHA.
Queuing overnight was really fun. From sleep-walking/sleep-talking/sleep-drawing/counting how many trains pass by (Kah Yin and Eunice)/ weird people coming by to tell us “鬼æ¥äº†,鬼æ¥äº†â€ etc, it was a really really really fun night!
On the actual day of the roadshow while waiting for the barricades to be set up and before the event began, we self-entertained ourselves. We mixed around with fellow rangels and played some games.
The 最ç«ææ¡£, Chen Liping and her signature hair + how they played Taboo + the interactions between all artists really made the crowd went HAHHAHA. All of us broke out in heaps of laughter!
All in all, I enjoyed the queueing overnight and the roadshow :)

I was really excited, as this will be the first time I am going to see Rui En in person. Before that, I would like to thank Jean for giving me her pass as I didn’t managed to get it. Thank you very much.
On the actual day, I remember I really had a lot of fun, everyone was shouting for their idol. As they were playing the game on stage, it was really entertaining and it showed us the cheeky side of the celebrities.
I was screaming my lungs out for Rui En and for the first time of my life, I did not care about how others look at me, being with RBKD made me bold. Then it was time for the handshake event. When I shook Rui En’s hand, the excitement in me was just overwhelming. The event eventually ended and we dispersed after RBKD took group photos which I am honored to be part of.
Lastly, I would like to say, I really had a lot of fun with RBKD and I really enjoyed myself. In future if there’s such event, I really hope I can join RBKD again.

After the Joys of Life (JOL) party at TAB, we went down to Eastpoint Mall to queue for the JOL roadshow. Some of us were looking forward to chatting and playing with one another outside the mall at such an unusual timing. However, we ended up sleeping as we were too sleepy. When we woke up, we saw Eunice and Kah Yin counting the number of MRTs which passed by. 真的没想到世上还有这ç§å¨±ä¹å’¯ã€‚。 We had a unique experience queuing outside the mall as we get to enjoy the natural breeze while sleeping there. 很特别嘛ï¼æ„Ÿè§‰è¿˜ä¸é”™ï¼Œè›®å‡‰å¿«çš„。
Before the roadshow started, we had fun taking photographs and playing games with one another. We also had fun shouting:”说什么?4 when 新桃花江 was being played. I’m really glad that I’ve made such good friends in the fan club, as I used to think that it is impossible to have strong friendships with people who I seldom meet up with. Amazing!
The JOL roadshow was very entertaining due to game being played on stage. The 狗急跳墙 and ç ´é•œé‡åœ† almost made me rolled on the floor laughing. I didn’t know that watching others play charades can be so entertaining. HAHA! Chen Li Ping 也很æžç¬‘å’¯! The actions she did on stage are really hilarious. I still can’t get over the part whereby she threw Rui En’s shoes down the stage. 她是é…åˆæˆ‘们的咯ï¼hehe! I enjoyed the roadshow and can’t wait to watch all the episodes of JOL asap! Anyway, I’m really glad that she looked happy and was smiling with the bear (:

It was an awesome party together with fellow Rangels, where everyone tried to dress up to the retro theme, colourful checkered, polka dots, floral, and so on.
The event started off with the appearance of the cast, sharing their experiences during the filming of JOL. It’s very heartening to know that Rui En enjoyed the filming progress especially with her 最ç«æ挡, Chen LiPing! I guess not only Rui En, but the rest of the cast too as seen from their laughters during the party. They also revealed embarrassing moments about their fellow cast members, I guess they really had a good time in JOL.
After which, we had a preview of episode one of JOL, it was totally awesome! And I really look forward to the rest of the drama! I’m totally certain that everyone had enjoyed this amazing party! :D

The Cha-Chum-Bo party was really interesting and it was my first time attending such a themed party where we are not wearing our RBKD tees but dressed accordingly to the theme which was ‘Retro’. Also, it was my first time going to an event to support Rui En without any fanboards and using only our voices.
Everyone got so hyped up in the beginning after snippets of Joys Of Life were shown on the big screen and it was super funny during the talk by the cast especially Chen Liping. And like what Rui En said, we (RBKD) finally managed to 亲耳å¬åˆ° Liping’s laughter, and now I can understand how hard it is to not laugh after hearing her laughter!
This event really got all of us hyped up for the broadcast of JOL and kudos to those who went to queue overnight for the JOL event the next day (so sad I couldn’t attend that event) :)
JOL is definitely a show worth watching!

Cheering till our voices went hoarse, spotting her both on stage and on the huge screens in the ballroom, attempting to get her to see us without getting our boards confiscated and clapping for other artistes was fun though tiring.
School the day after might be a little hard to get adjusted to but I really enjoyed myself. Hahahha and I found it kinda amusing to see people around us covering their ears even before we start our cheers.
“When we can’t raise our boards, we make our presence known with our vocals, our cheers.â€
Looking forward to another round of cheering for her anytime soon!

Being able to attend the most anticipated event in the local showbiz and the biggest event of the year; Being able to cheer for her as ONERBKD; Being able to catch the show LIVE… I still feel like I am in a dream.
This was my first time ever attending a live broadcast event. I had been wondering what actually goes on behind a live show during commercial breaks. So, it turns out that there would be a crew member interacting with you during that few minutes and for us audience? Woah it was like an exodus because there were 6000 people and many went for toilet breaks. :o
‘What’s the point of attending the show live when you can watch the show on tv comfortably at home?’ my mum asked.
I used to have this question too. Now that I have been to a live show, I feel, when you catch it on tv, there are many different angles and it is definitely much clearer than watching live, but the experience of attending the show live, the atmosphere, the camaraderie of coming together to scream like mad, is what you cannot have by watching it on tv.
So, if I were given a chance to be there again, I will not hesitate for a second. After all her hard work for the year, the least I could do is to be there to give her my support.

It was my first time going early to Q for the show….it was kind of an experience!! During the long wait….Eunice started to entertain us, by sharing her 冷笑è¯! Which makes time pass faster. Thank you, Eunice!!
Tick Dock! Tick Dock!
Finally it’s time to enter the theatre. we moved in slowly…managed to get a great spot…..to cheer for Rui En!
Most of the Rangels who were there, were first timer for the show, thus I felt that they must have taken up lots of courage whenever they cheered! Though our group was small, our cheers were loud!! This must be the ç‘žä¸å¯å½“精神! For sure after show, we were all tired, however I believed we all had fun and enjoyed themselves!!!
Lastly, would like to thank Rui En for stopping by the radiogate for us, despite having an early filming the next day!! è°¢è°¢ä½ !

This year is the first year I’ve attended SA1 live and with RBKD. It was an unforgettable experience for me as we spent the entire morning and afternoon queuing up, helping out in making those “RUIVIN†boards, and at last, entering the theatre for what we came for.
I’ve also realised how difficult it is to cheer so loudly and in unison till the entire theatre can hear us clearly as other fanclubs are cheering for their idols as well and it is really hard to coordinate everyone in the “chaosâ€. But we still did it TOGETHER.
Kudos to our club president and committee members for coordinating this! And congrats to Rui En and RBKD for the 2 awards, because we have done it! Our weeks of voting have paid off~^^

Everyone was in high spirits when they saw their favourite artists on stage. Shortly after, Chen Liping & Rui En shared their views & thoughts on Unriddle 2 with the Emcee and the audiences at Square 2.
After the Q&A session, pictionary game commenced. Both Unriddle 2 and Seeds of Life group were trying their best to get as many points as possible. In the end, Unriddle 2 group won with more points and not forgetting the hilarious drawings that brought us much entertainment and laughters.
I truly enjoyed the roadshow and everyone who was there certainly did with the loud roaring cheers.

I’ve went to other roadshows before, but this is actually my very first time going to one with an autograph session :)
As the clock striked 5.30pm, the entire mall was filled with our cheers and excitement as the casts arrived! :) During the event, we screamed as loudly as we could whenever the words “最ç«ææ¡£” were heard!
During the pictionary session, all of us had a really great time laughing at their creative answers, as well as cheering for them for guessing correctly. It was really nice to see all the Rangels cheering for not only our idol, but also other casts who attended the roadshow! :)
Not only did we managed to collect our posters, took a picture with her, we even had a chance to have a short mini conversation with our dearest idol, which was one of the most memorable moment! All these ended with a group picture on the stage :) It was really a very memorable day!

Reached the countdown site at about 8pm and while waiting for the show to begin we were all well entertained by Daniel Ong! He makes an announcement about lost kids sound like it’s something funny/amusing?? Haha!
Well after a what seemed to be rather long wait , Rui En came on stage to perform at about 1140pm! She sang é’è›™ & 关怀是阳光 ~~ (y)(y)(y) for the part she 甩 her hair during 关怀是阳光! Heeehee & Before we knew it, it was time to countdown to 2012!
RBKD started our own train like what we did last year and we were just going around the whole area waving and wishing others a happy 2012! Strangers joined us along the way and there were a lot of people taking pictures and photos of us!! *shy* hahaha!
After cooling down, we went out of the field area to get our group photo taken. The jump shots were really nice/awesome cos most of us were in the “I <3 RBKD Tee” and quite candid pose too :PÂ Overall it was a good night spent with the other fellow rangels ushering in 2012!
Most importantly, Rui En, thank you for being there despite your hectic filming schedule. è°¢è°¢ä½ ! :)

2011 sure is a busy and hectic year. From O levels to new experiences, I still can’t believe how everything went by soo0000oo fast. I am really glad to be a part of RBKD to be there for her and I have DEFINITELY not regret having joined RBKD. This year was particularly memorable as I welcomed 2012 with these bunch of Rangels who I have had never-ending fun with.
That very day, we cheered loudly and proudly in unison and went home with hoarse voices ( WORTH IT ). That was how 2011 ended with a BOOM! for me. I love the RBKD train so much hahahha and the I <3 RBKD tee too !!
As usual, just this write-up cannot express the fun and everything but I just wanna say that I have enjoyed myself so very much !! Just like the Tee, I’d say I LOVE RBKD!!!

It was my first time participating in an event that is being shown live on the tv. It was really an eye opener to me.
Slightly before the event started, we made friends with Aska Yang’s fans, and we started chatting and laughters accompanied us along while waiting. During the event, we even helped each other to cheer which was a very good experience for me in terms of alliance (from two different countries).
It sure was tiring but with all the fun we had, I believed everyone enjoyed themselves and definitely look forward to the next event.

It took quite some time before I decided to join RBKD for this event. Also, this is my first time going for a charity event. I did not know any Rangels and was thus worried on how to communicate with them. In fact, they are friendly and nice.
The shouting and screaming made me felt that RBKD is really bonded as one. Everyone was participating actively. Seeing Rui En live is what I’ve been longing for and I am grateful to RBKD for letting non-members to join in.
I thought that everyone should contribute to help the less fortunate and it doesn’t matter on how much you donate, it’s the heart and sincerity that counts. After this event, I feel that we should cherish the things and people we have around us and should not take everything for granted.
It was a great experience for me being able to attend ComChest TrueHearts 2011 with RBKD.
