What: Distribution of handmade Red Ribbons

Inspired by the AIDS awareness drama series – “By My Side” (Starring Rui En), RBKD decided that the event was timely to help generate AIDS awareness.

On our own accord, RBKD members began cutting, twisting the ribbons and safety pins to create 200 Red Ribbons symbolising AIDS awareness. We then went down the queue distributing these red ribbons and encouraging the recipients to wear them on the spot.

This project ended with Rui En sharing her thoughts on AIDS awareness while accepting an interview on stage.
