RBKD: 新传媒新剧《警徽天职4》将于月底开拍；今年9月播出。昨天进行第二轮的角色造型。瑞恩继续和李南星饰演夫妻，两人还有了小孩。

瑞恩原本已抵达现场但因家里有急事必需离开，无法做造型。黄俊雄受访时表示，有和瑞恩打招呼聊天，但并不知情她的家事。他透露今天（18日）将和瑞恩一起拍摄知名美容品牌欧莱雅（L’OREAL）的广告。

瑞恩是该品牌代言人，但为何找来黄俊雄来搭档呢？黄俊雄回应：“厂商喜欢我和瑞恩在去年的《红星大奖》颁奖礼后台的互动。”

黄俊雄与瑞恩的“Ruivin”组合一直深受观众喜爱，曾凭《正义武馆》和《最火搭档2》获得2012年以及2013年的《红星大奖》“最喜爱荧幕情侣”。

RBKD: Rui En & Elvin Ng, otherwise affectionately known to fans as Ruivin, will be filming a TVC for L’Oréal Paris as Rui En is the brand ambassador and the company enjoys Ruivin’s chemistry too.

The duo would be starring in CLIF4 but have close to zero scene together as they work in different divisions.

本地艺人瑞恩向来以“酷”著称，穿着打扮一样有性格，她的原则是Be yourself（做你自己）。

这期《体面人生》与瑞恩谈她的保养心得。

变得更有女人味

近年瑞恩的打扮越来越有女人味，这是个人选择还是专人安排？

“随着年龄增长，我希望变得更有女人味，穿一件出色的晚装能给我很大的满足感。”瑞恩说。

她觉得闪烁生辉的砖石和晚装最搭。

她认为，服饰潮流中有很多in的东西，但不一定都适合自己。事实上，她就不喜欢任何她觉得“不真”的东西。

她透露，出席重要场合需要悉心打扮时，她会和形象顾问合作，化适合她的妆。

“我喜欢漂亮的眼线和睫毛。”她直言。

不说不知，瑞恩的穿着其实挺格式化。她透露：“我常穿classic pieces，像男装上衣西裤，几乎成了我的制服。”

她不讳言打扮风格受年龄影响，以前觉得时髦前卫很重要，但人成熟了就会倾向不过时和穿得舒适的款式。

有些明星很在意自己的容貌外形，瑞恩更注重的是内涵。

“容颜会老，我自豪的是自己的人生经验–跨越过的障碍、从伤痛中学到的东西。当然，还有弱点和缺点，需要继续改进。”她说。

问与答

抗老

问：有人说抗老是女人的终身事业，听说你倒是坦然面对？

答：我不认为女人应该怕老，我相信接受。吃对食物，好好保养皮肤，我们可以优雅、漂亮、最重要的是健康老去。

问：但对于抗老，你有什么必做的护肤步骤吗？

答：防晒霜是一定要的。避免紫外线的伤害对延缓皮肤衰老极为重要，所以一定要经常防晒。上中学的时候，妈妈已经让我涂防晒霜，还告诉我紫外线（UVA/UVB）对皮肤的伤害。

护肤与护发

问：拍戏常要做造型，你如何护理头发？

答：拍戏的时候，我的头发需要做不同的造型，会弄得很干燥，也会过度“加工”。我每三天就会用滋润养发膜，助修复我的头发。

问：护肤方面你有什么心得？

答：我喜欢水嫩的皮肤，所以我爱用有滋润效果的护肤品和化妆品。从几年前开始直到现在，我在涂精华素和面霜之前都会先涂一层代言的Youth Code肌底液，它很适合给皮肤打底，帮助皮肤更好地吸收护肤品。

皮肤暗淡无光的时候，我在敷面膜之前也会用它，让皮肤变得有光泽。

我觉得去角质也很重要，我的皮肤是敏感型的，我喜欢用AHA（果酸）和BHA（水杨酸）做化学去角质多过用磨砂做人工去角质。

饮食与运动

问：你提到吃对食物的重要性，那你在饮食上会特别吃些什么？

答：我喝很多水，设法吃足量的蔬菜和水果。我每天用蔬菜和水果调配绿色蔬果Smoothies，添加奇亚籽（chia seeds）、蛋白质粉（protein powder）和巴西莓粉（acai powder）之类的超级食物。Smoothies有滋润作用，而蔬菜对皮肤好。

问：你爱做运动吗？

答：不用开工的日子，我会做有氧运动（心肺锻炼），跑步、体重锻炼或上健身房。

包包内有哪些必备品？

那，瑞恩的包包有些什么保养的必备品呢？

水：补水太重要了！我的包里一定有一大瓶水。

防晒产品：我常备防晒霜，一天补抹好几次，防紫外线喷雾很方面，可以直接喷在妆容上。

润唇膏

润发油：我带备一支旅用装的润发油。当空气太潮湿，头发变毛躁的时候，它能帮我打理头发。

RBKD: Toggle suggested that instead of the usual minion outfit for Halloween, you could go the unexpected route and be local stars inspired. Think dukes, hunks, queens and princesses. Dress to look like them. Toggle suggested that you could achieve Rui En’s looks by applying your best smokey eye and red lips.

Three of the dirtiest D-words when it comes to the world of wigs: Dry, dull and damaged.

Happily, there’s a fast track to salvation for your coloured coiffure. Here’s a terrific trio of #DieDieMustBuy express elixirs to add to your arsenal:

L’Oreal Paris Oleotherapy Deep Recovery Mask, $19.90

If it’s good enough for lovely L’Oreal luminary Rui En, it’s good enough for me! This intensely invigorating salve smells like swanky vanilla ice cream, and comes chock-full of cuticle-sealing oils that lend my locks a souped up shine that’s well nigh salon-grade in sheen.

To apply, warm up the product in your palms, then work it in from the tips, massaging all the way to the mid-shaft. And while you’re meant to rinse off this mask after three minutes or so, I’ve found that it’s also perfect as a heat-protective shield for a trendy “wet” look.

Use a paper towel to sponge off any mask residue, then blow-dry with a diffuser until your head is almost but not quite bone-dry, then grab a comb and run it through your tresses, separating the strands into inch-length sections.
