水嫩剔透的肤质，是许多女性所追求的。

本地著名艺人瑞恩也不例外。尽管她的皮肤并不干燥，但她坦言自己就是喜欢水嫩嫩的肌肤，讨厌哑光（matte）的感觉，所以她对保湿尤其热衷。

这期的《体面人生》就请瑞恩公开她的养颜秘诀妙包括她每天早晚各超过9步骤的韩式护肤程序。

让肌肤水嫩透亮

拥有普通和敏感肌肤的瑞恩，护肤的一大重点就是保湿。

她说：“我喜欢水嫩嫩、透亮的的肌肤，讨厌哑光的感觉，所以我往往会使用比肌肤所需更高的保湿产品。”

除了保湿，瑞恩也开始在护肤品方面，添加主要的抗老成分，如维A酸（retinoids）和抗氧化剂等。

过去一年多，她因代言Youth Code，也开始使用这款肌底液，她认为产品的质地轻盈，能协助后续产品的吸收。

9步骤韩式护肤

最近，瑞恩也开始尝试韩式多步骤护肤程序，结果她原本都已至少五六步骤的护肤程序，增加到超过9步骤。

“我是出于好奇之心，尝试韩式护肤程序，结果一试之后，我的皮肤似乎爱上了它。”瑞恩这么说道。

在这之前，瑞恩的护肤程序就包括：洁肤、Youth Code肌底液、爽肤水、精华露（serum）、润肤霜和防晒霜。

融入韩式护肤程序后，她的护肤程序就多了至少3个步骤，即添加了多一个步骤的洁肤、还有增加了精华素和乳液的额外滋润和保湿，护肤程序顺序为双重洁肤、肌底液、爽肤水、精华素（essence）、润肤霜和防晒霜。

若是在准备拍戏或拍戏期间，瑞恩则会边读剧本边敷上面膜，每晚交替使用纸面膜或面膜霜。

不拍戏或没有工作时，她一般都不化妆，只会用护肤品和防晒霜。

“运动，再加上确保体内水分充裕，能让皮肤散发自然健康的光泽！”

这是瑞恩在饮食起居方面对拥有健康和年轻肌肤的诠释。

也因为如此，所以她除了确保自己摄取大量的水分外，只要没有工作，就会天天做带氧运动（cardio workout），如跑步、举重或上健身房。她坦言，碰到有工作，往往就没有什么时间运动了。

在饮食方面，她也会尝试多吃蔬菜和水果。其中，她每天就会喝以菠菜和水果等调配的绿色蔬果冰沙（smoothies），并在其中添加“超级食品”如奇亚籽（chia seed）和巴西莓（acai）等。

她庆幸自己的皮肤不会对辛辣和“发热”的食品有不良反应，所以在这方面就无需任何禁忌。

她倒是会避免高盐分的食品，如薯片、快熟面等，以防水肿的问题。

公主授招　如何活化肌肤

问：你有什么美容贴士，可活化肌肤？

答：若是熬夜拍戏、出席重要活动前或是有拍摄，我会进行磨砂去角质层，并使用面膜。但由于我的皮肤敏感，所以我会选择采用含有AHA或BHA进行化学去角质（chemical exfoliation），而不是使用含有微粒的人工去角质法，以免刺激皮肤。

问：碰到黑头粉刺找上门，怎么办？

答：针对黑头，我会使用洁净毛孔的面膜，而如果有痘痘，我则会采用含有过氧化苯甲酰（benzoyl peroxide）成分的产品。

RBKD: Life Is Beautiful, a collaboration between MediaCorp and the National Kidney Foundation (NKF), hopes to raise awareness of kidney-related diseases. In the show, Shen Chuyi (Rui En), an optimistic girl is suddenly stricken with both kidney failure and the accidental death of her best friend, Cai Jiayi (Esther Yang). She eventually learns how to conquer her illness and find happiness again, with the help of the latter’s fiancé, Yu Yang (Pierre Png).

新剧《初一的心愿》前天举行开镜礼，瑞恩在新剧中首次扮演肾脏病人“沈初一”，对于病痛，她有感预防胜于治疗。

她上周走访NKF与肾脏病人接触，感触良多。她说：“有一个Uncle洗肾已经有4、5年了，一个星期洗3次，因插针手臂都肿了，但他非常乐观，没有怨天怨地，这是我（的角色）想传达的讯息。”

另外，她上周也通过许愿基金会（Make-A-Wish）计划，与一名16岁的女粉丝见面。

恰巧的是，女粉丝是肾脏病患者，粉丝身旁的16岁友人，也动过肾脏移植手术。

与她们聊天时，瑞恩感受到了两女的乐观，“和她们聊天后，帮了我不少（在塑造角色方面）。”

He not only bagged the Best Actor title at the annual Star Awards a few months ago, but local actor Pierre Png has been romancing the hottest MediaCorp actresses in his television dramas.

He had previously played the lovers of Caldecott Hill “Ah Jies-in-waiting” Joanne Peh, 31, Jeanette Aw, 35, and Rui En, 33.

For his latest drama, Life is Beautiful, which starts filming today, the 40-year-old reunites with Rui En.

Png, who is married to former actress Andrea De Cruz, 39, compares his on-screen partners…

Most Natural – Rui En

The pairing of Png and Rui En for TV is not new.

They had previously played husband-and-wife in the well-received drama A Tale of 2 Cities (2011) and The In-Laws (2011).

“We have taken turns to chase each other in the past dramas we worked on. In (Life is Beautiful), she is supposed to be the one wooing me.” Png said.

He sang praises of Rui En, saying that she is “very genuine” and “great to work with”.

He said: “The love between us will be natural and convincing.

“We will work some magic this time round.”
