新传媒8频道进军印度尼西亚， 24小时提供电视剧给当地观众，陈汉玮、郑斌辉、戚玉武、黄俊雄、白薇秀与瑞恩等9名艺人前去亮相造势。

8 International (8i) 是新传媒在印度尼西亚付费电视Indovision的新频道，从11月19日起正式启播，24小时独家提供最精彩的本地电视剧给当地观众。

新传媒每年出产超过500小时的中文戏剧，外加历年来多部脍炙人口的作品，8i每天将播放6小时的新鲜内容。

昨日在雅加达的发布会上，9名本地艺人也特地现身，为本地戏剧助阵。他们包括陈汉玮、郑斌辉、戚玉武、黄俊雄、白薇秀、瑞恩、方展发和陈罗密欧，李心钰则担任主持人。

对新传媒来说，8i的启播是个新的里程碑，他们希望日后能将8i扩展到更多地方，并提供电视剧以外的内容。

抢收视，新传媒分别在新马拍摄的两怀旧剧《星洲之夜》和《正义武馆》对打。

两剧同为30集，《星》在新加坡拍摄；《正》则是全剧在马来西亚取景。不过，从宣传费、制作费到演员阵容，《星》都劲压《正》。

●宣传费：

8频道品牌与宣传副总裁陈国明受询时证实，《星》的宣传费是今年所有制作的电视剧之冠，近6位数。

●制作费：

《星》的制作费保守估计是《正》的三倍，虽然两剧一集的制作费都有5位数，但《星》是偏高的，30集下来，制作费达7位数新元。

而《正》30集戏，制作费仍未破百万新元。

●故事人：

《星》出动的是常得奖的故事人洪荣狄。

《正》找来的是离开新传媒11年、在中国建立戏剧网络的故事人许声亮，他今年也投资拍摄贺岁电影《红字》。

●演员阵容：

《星》出动两视帝戚玉武、陈汉玮，配上“公主”白薇秀，以及07年“才华”出身的陈炯江。

《正》没有视帝，却有小生黄俊雄；07年“才华”冠军陈邦鋆，以及“公主”瑞恩、新上位的花旦童冰玉和人气旺的熟男郑各评。

●剧种：

《星》是以三四十年代的新加坡歌舞厅为背景，带出歌女的遭遇。

《正》是以60年代为背景，由黄俊雄扛起一个武馆的威望。

●上映日期：

《星》在本月22日抢先在9点档播出；《武》是12月5日起，拿下7点档，两剧在12月正面交锋。

《正》监制：

有没有人看 与宣传费无关

在马国的新传媒区域制作总裁兼监制杨锡彬之言，一部剧有没有人看，与宣传费的多寡无关。

他是昨天在电话中，针对两剧下月交锋，会否担心宣传费令《正》输在“起跑点”时，作出上述表示。

他说，不但宣传费，就是制作费，《正》也远不如《星》。

至于两剧同时对打，他说：“我们早在一两年前已有三出怀旧剧《甘榜情》、《正义武馆》和《猪仔馆人家》的拍摄计划，只是不明白为何档期会与《星洲之夜》撞在一起。”

不过，他认为，《正》在12月5日晚上播出，7点档如果能吸引到观众追看，对9点档的戏（《星》）也会有帮助。“公司的策略本来就是拿回7点档，重新吸引观众。”他相信，观众会拿两剧来比较，但，他希望观众能深入看到《正》在制作上的诚意与用心。“我要说的是，《正》有百多场的武打戏，每个演员都有发挥动作的空间。”

Elvin Ng, Joanne Peh and Rui En were among the many stars who lent some glitz and glamour to a press conference on Thursday, to announce the launch of MediaCorp’s new channel, 8 International (8i) in Indonesia.

The 24-hour Mandarin channel, which will be available on Indonesia’s main pay television operator Indovision’s Channel 151 from Saturday, will draw from MediaCorp’s extensive library to provide subscribers with quality drama content.

“With an increasing popularity of our Chinese dramas in the region, we see this as an opportune time to start an aggregated channel.

“The inauguration of 8i represents a new milestone for MediaCorp. This channel penetration helps us further extend the reach of our Chinese dramas overseas and at the same time, generates new revenue stream for the company.” said Mr Chang Long Jong, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of MediaCorp.

“We are looking to launch 8i in more territories and deliver the channels via other platforms. We hope to move beyond dramas and aggregate other MediaCorp genres in the near future.”

SINGAPORE: MediaCorp Channel 8 will be holding a massive two-day road show from November 19 at NEX Mall, to give audiences a sneak peek at its 2012 drama line-up.

Top Singapore celebrities like Zoe Tay, Tay Ping Hui, Dai Yang Tian, Joanne Peh, Jeanette Aw, Rui En and Zhou Ying will be among the galaxy of stars that will grace the opening day of the event – titled Dramatasy – to introduce their new drama projects.

Described as a “carnival of fun and excitement”, the event’s opening day will also feature stilt walkers, face painters and balloon artists.

A giant prop train with video screens showing snippets of Channel 8’s 2012 drama line-up will be the centrepiece of the festivities.

A total of 38 MediaCorp artistes are expected to turn up over the course of Dramatasy.

According to a Channel 8 spokesperson, Dramatasy is the broadcaster’s biggest road show in recent years, and took weeks to conceptualise and prepare for.

3 香薰：“在外国，我会想办法让环境舒服一点，像自己的家一样。”

4 睡衣裤：“去到哪里都一定要带心爱的Paul Frank睡衣。”
