RBKD: Interview with Xinmsn at Against The Tide press conference. This is the first time Rui En attempted an evil role, she suggested it to be a complete baddie but was rejected as it might be hard for the audience to accept. Rui En mentioned that this is the most challenging drama in her 12 years of acting, even the director teared after she filmed the last scene. 瑞恩不开社交网站，也不留个人资料给任何机构，除了自己的经纪公司。

她说：“我没拍照的习惯，不喜欢在网上宣传，生活是很闷的，我不想闷死别人，要有公德心。”

所以，好莱坞女星艳照因云端帐号被盗事件，不会发生在她身上。

她说：“fans（粉丝）都知道我在那里，走到哪里都会被拍，穿什么、买什么衣服，她们也知道，都会放上网。”

但，她不会因为怕人家拍，就不敢便装出门。

她说：“我是新加坡人咧！那里可以不去hawker centre（小贩中心），我是穿得比孙燕姿还‘lock kok’（随便）的。”

她大方透露自己的便装：“不化妆、短裤、T-恤、拖鞋，我也是人咧！”

但，如果要找她合照，她希望是有戴墨镜的时候，不是怕被拍到”丑”态，而是笑说：“怕吓坏小孩子。”

只是，跟李铭顺合作，她倒是被搞到啼笑皆非：“铭顺大哥是那种怕别人不知道我在哪里的人，会大声叫人：‘瑞恩在那边，你们去找她合照。’”

她在《逆潮》中首演反叛，她说：“我不管人家入戏到讨厌我，我相信观众也希望看到新鲜的瑞恩。”，并吁观众耐心看她如何“使坏”。
