RBKD: Quick update, so this year, Star Awards 2018 ups its game and is going all tech by having a special 3D Hologram segment for all the “All Time Favourite Artistes”. This means the artistes have to participate in a special photoshoot in front of a green screen. We wonder what the end-product would look like but before then, here’s some fabulous BTS shots of Rui En at the shoot.

《红星大奖2018》入围名单公布了，近年重头剧的水准不如以往，却总获提名多个主要奖项，而且新脸孔多了，反映新人持续受力捧，旧人照旧靠边站的趋势。

每个观众都有自己的心头好，也对某些演技一般却能入围的演员感到不可思议，下面针对演得好的遗珠，以及让人拍案叫绝的入围者点评。

最佳女主角
最大遗珠：瑞恩

瑞恩的演技好，凭《相信我》入围本是不费吹灰之力，没能入围或许是瑞恩本身的新闻价值与关注度。当年《志在四方》的郑惠玉和《沸腾冰点》的范文芳都曾是自身高人气的受害者。假设这次入围的五名有任何人从名单中除去，所引起的关注，会胜过瑞恩吗？

点评入围者：陈莉萍

今年最火红的本地电视剧非《最强岳母》莫属。大受欢迎应归功于陈莉萍与童冰玉之岳母对小三的较量。两人互不相让、你来我往地计算对方不止让观众看得痛快，更让观众看得上瘾。陈莉萍是这部剧的灵魂人物，少了她就好比莲藕汤少了莲藕，成何体统。三届视后陈莉萍的演技不在话下，只是不知已年过50新传媒“亲生女”的她，是否会被一句“角色没突破”而成为牺牲品？

新加坡市场小，艺人逐一往外走。新传媒认清趋势将奖项开放值得表扬。但不论“亲生”与否，提名者的演技要有公信力，《红星大奖》才不至于沦为被力捧的艺人排名榜，公平公正的颁奖礼方能让观众及艺人信服。
