TODAY: Zoe Tay wins Best Actress at Star Awards

RBKD: TODAY mentioned that Zoe Tay won her Best Actress Award in 21 years and that there were previous speculation prior to the night that Rui En, who “uglified†herself by gaining weight for her role as a housewife in “If Only I Could…”, would bag the trophy instead.
