Toggle: SA2016 Top 40: two dukes in, two dukes out

RBKD: Toggle announces the nomination list for Top 40 Most Popular Male/Female Artistes and shared that Rui En and Qi Yuwu will no longer be contending for the award as they have been “promoted” to the ranks of Li Nanxing, Fann Wong, Chew Chor Meng etc. as All-Time Favourite Artistes.
