The response to the weight I’d put on for a role has been both humbling and infuriating. I’ve had multiple parties ask me to lose weight.
I may be a public commodity but is this the world we live in? In a world where innocent lives have been gunned down, women are judged by how they look, how old they are and how they weigh? Still?
Let me be clear. You are beautiful no matter how much you weigh, how you look and how old you are.
I am not a thing, an ornament or a toy. I am a human being. I am not an object.
However you look, weigh, or how old you are. YOU are a human being.
And to the people who think otherwise?
Live with it.
