As the face of L’Oreal Paris for the third consecutive year, Singaporean actress, Rui En is now fronting the brand for skincare, makeup and now haircare. After all, actresses are subjected to the constant use of styling products and heat tools, sometimes leaving no time for their hair to breathe, resulting in coarse and damaged hair.
Describing her top hair woes, Rui En said, “Over-chemical processing and dryness. When I’m filming, my hair’s subjected to heat styling every day and it causes a lot of damage and coarseness. So I’m a huge fan of using hair masks to help with the damage. I take care of my hair as religiously as my skin, so choosing the right haircare is very important to me.â€
Naturally, L’Oreal’s Elseve Total Repair 5 comes in as it seeks to target five common damages in Asian hair, namely breakage, dryness, dullness, coarseness and spilt-ends. Formulated with Cement Ceramide and LAK1000, the range is able to fill in the gaps and restore hair right to the tips, leaving it frizz-free and silky soft.
