Note from Serangoon Swing’s organisers:

We are expecting 30 000 people on the day. The centre stage will be right at the Circus itself with the Serangoon Garden Way, Kensington Park Road and Maju Ave cordoned off.

The bus services that usually enter the Serangoon Garden Circus are diverted slightly but the nearest bus stops are not more then 100m away from the party centre i.e. the Serangoon Garden Circus itself.
