Dear True Fans / Readers

It has been brought to our attention that over the past months, there has been a surge in self-proclaimed fans whose behaviour and comments drew the irk of true fans and many others.

We do not know who they are nor be able to ascertain if their excessive fan-ish behaviour displayed automatically qualifies them as a true fan.

A true fan don’t stalk, a true fan don’t bad mouth other artistes, and a true fan certainly don’t do anything that will harm others’ perception of their idol.

We are in no way, associated with such self-proclaimed fans.

That’s not the RBKD style.

Members found guilty of exhibiting any of the above bad fan behaviour is in violation of society’s objects as listed in RBKD’s Constitution and may be expelled from the society.

Fans found guilty of exhibiting any of the above bad fan behaviour are not under RBKD’s purview.

However, RBKD takes a firm stand on this issue and will not tolerate any fan from tarnishing the image of Rui En, Rangels and other Rui En’s fans.

Hence, we will bar any fan found guilty of exhibiting any of the above bad fan behaviour from all our Social Media platforms (where possible) and place the fans on RBKD’s membership blacklist. RBKD’s committee decision is final and no notification is required from RBKD.
