This is an announcement to inform that the voting members of the Society (RBKD – The Official Fan Club of Rui En) have voted in favour of reviewing the Society’s membership scheme.

Hence, with immediate effect, no new application will be accepted and/or considered until the revised membership scheme is accepted by the voting members of the Society at the Annual General Meeting (tentatively scheduled to happen in September 2013), subjected to the approval of the Registrar of Societies.

We will be engaging in a series of discussions internally in June to conceptualise a more comprehensive membership scheme which serves the Society’s needs.

Existing members may renew their membership for the new membership year starting July 2013, in accordance to the current membership scheme before the AGM happens.

The earliest implementation date for the new membership scheme is expected to be in Q4’2013 (i.e. Oct’13 to Dec’13).
