Terms & Conditions

RBKD is The Official Fan Club for Rui En, acknowledged and recognised by HYPE Records Pte Ltd. The Chinese equivalent of RBKD shall be 瑞不可当.

“Club” shall be referred as RBKD in the following statements whenever “Club” is mentioned.

Club President shall refer to Peh Xin Yi, whenever the term Club President is mentioned in any of the statements below.

1. Club members are to ensure the validity and truthfulness of all information submitted at the time of application. Thereafter, all changes should be let known to the Club’s committee promptly.
2. The Club claims the sole ownership in the following:
   1. Club’s website and its subsidiary web pages under the domain of (http://rbkd-online.com).
   2. External accounts on Facebook (Fan Page: Rui En), Photobucket (User: RBKD-online), Twitter (User: RBKD), Veoh (User: RBKD), and Youtube (User: theRBKD).
   3. All watermarked resources (RBKD-online.com) from the Club.
3. The Club acknowledges the authority of the Club President in all matters and decisions concerning the Club and Club Members.
4. The Club President is authorised to edit the Terms and Conditions whenever appropriate.Club Members who do not acknowledge or agree to any of the updated Terms and Conditions should terminate their membership with the club immediately. By not terminating his/her membership, the member acknowledges that he/she agrees to and will oblige by the updated Terms and Conditions.
5. The Club President is authorised to reject any Club Membership application at her sole discretion.
6. The Club President is authorised to terminate any Club Membership at her sole discretion.
7. All Club Membership will expire on 31 st December 2010.
8. Club Members who wish to terminate their Club membership should contact the Club’s committee directly.
9. The following are non-transferrable, not for sharing, not for sales, not to be used without authorised permission from the Club President:
   1. Club’s Logo, Club’s Slogan, and/or all other written or pictorial representation of the Club.
   2. All Club Members’ exclusive content (i.e. Rui En’s blog post(s), exclusive pictures, exclusive videos, resources, forum content, etc.) made available only to members.
   3. Club Membership Account, Forum account and all access that requires members’ login.
   4. Club’s ownership as mentioned in Terms and Conditions Statement 2.
10. The following items require the official endorsement by the Club President to be recognised and acknowledged by the Club:
    1. All Financial transactions agreements and/or receipts.
    2. All Club related documents.
    3. Statement(s) of Authorization.
11. Club Members found to have engaged in any of the following activities may face immediate termination of his/her membership:
    1. Any act(s) / behaviour(s) / statement(s) that is deemed to have exploited¹ any of involved parties².
    2. Any act(s) / behaviour(s) / statement(s) that is deemed to be inappropriate and/or is deemed to be abusive, offensive, provocative, vulgar, offensive, insulting or hurtful to any of the involved parties².
    3. Any act(s) / behaviour(s) / statement(s) that is deemed to have intruded the privacy of any of the involved parties².
12. All Club Members shall respect the privacy of all involved parties² in the Club.
13. By default, the privacy of the Club’s members’ personal particulars and information would not be:
    1. Exposed to any party except to the Club President and/or Authorized Personnel(s) who are subjected to the endorsed appointment by the Club President with a valid statement of authorization.
    2. Put to use and/or be exposed publicly in any form without prior statement of acknowledgement by the Club Member himself/herself and endorsement by the Club President.

This document is approved and endorsed by the Club President on 1st June 2010.

¹ “Exploit” is defined in this case as: “An act(s) / behaviour(s) / statement(s) to benefit self or third party; and/or an act(s) / behaviour(s) / statement(s) that causes a loss or harm (i.e. financial, physical, emotional and/or psychological) to any of the involved parties”

² “Involved parties” is defined in this case as : “ Rui En, the Club and the Club’s member(s)”.
