貌似桂纶镁的庞蕾馨（Kate Pang），原先在台湾担任模特儿，性格独立的她，在家人的支持下，决定签约两年，单枪匹马来我国发展。

首部剧当主角 不想当公主

庞蕾馨刚签约，受到公司器重，首部剧《乐在双城》担任女主角，与另两位主角瑞恩及白薇秀尬戏，此剧将在9月底开拍。

她感激道：”这是我第一次演戏，压力还蛮大的，这算是给我一个很大的表现机会，我会好好努力。”

对于两位公主，庞蕾馨不敢多说，觉得她们各方面都蛮杰出，相信有很多可以向她们学习的地方。

庞蕾馨接着说：”我是不敢冒犯公主这个地位，但我觉得我的个性，比较不像公主在我心中的那个感觉，我是一个比较自由自在，不受拘束的人，皇宫可能不太适合我。”

Newbie actress Kate Pang takes on Joanne Peh and Rui En in new drama

Kate Pang is the newest addition to Caldecott Hill.

Speaking to xinmsn in an exclusive interview – her first in Singapore – the Taiwanese model had nothing but praises for fellow Mediacorp’s actresses Joanne Peh and Rui En, whom she will be acting alongside with in an upcoming drama production. Filming for the drama would commence this month.

Surprisingly, the feisty one has no wish to join the “royalty” status – a popularity ranking label coined by local media for popular female celebrities – of Joanne Peh and Rui En.

“I won’t dare to offend the title of a ‘princess’. My character doesn’t suit that of a princess. I’m a freedom-lover and I don’t like being controlled. The palace is not a place for me,” Kate explained.

He said he was impressed with her role in 过好年 Happy Family which according to him was ‘just right’ (meaning not over-acting or under-performing). He even claimed that the panel of judges would be ‘blind’ if Rui En was robbed of her chance at the Star Awards. Really meh?

Oh well…let’s hear from you and tell me which role she played was most impressive and stand a good chance if you were the judge. Vote and see if most number of people is on your side as that role may just nail it for Rui En. Of course, she will be up against many other fine actresses but I want to find out just which of her 3 uniquely portrayed roles would garner her a chance from her fans…

瑞恩。她给我最大意外是年初《过好年》的傻妹角色，演到我们演员常说的“刚刚好”。从头到尾保持水准，自然不失演技和技巧。明年最佳女主角应该是她拿，除非评审不会看戏，不然没人可以和她fight。

今年3部本地剧上收视榜前几名，瑞恩虽未提名“最佳女主角”，但明年有望上位当“视后”!

“公主”仅剩三人，瑞恩将出位？她单单今年内，交出了《我在你左右》，《过好年》和《最火搭档》的漂亮成绩单，在每部剧中的人物角色分明，不只让观众留下深刻印象，更为她虏获不少粉丝的心；她虽然未曾提名“最佳女主角”，但近来声势高涨，被圈内人形容是“黑马”，有望勇夺明年“视后”！

由瑞恩主演的20集本地警匪剧《最火搭档》口碑不俗，日前播出大结局后，有粉丝在Facebook成立“我要《最火搭档2》”网页，盼瑞恩和陈莉萍能在《最2》中再续前缘，网站短短24小时内，吸引4000网友点击表支持；有粉丝甚至电邮传媒，新传媒高层，廉署要求开拍续集。　

新传媒品牌与宣传副总裁陈国明表示，瑞恩不只今年内有不少代表作，曝光率高，她今年主演的三部剧，分别登上本地剧收市排行榜前几名：《我在你左右》（平均96万9000观众）高居榜首，《过好年》（平均89万6000观众）名列第三。

至于刚落幕的《最》，平均每晚吸引89万1000观众追看，大结局则创最高纪录，有104万7000人捧场，目前则排名第四。

《最火搭档》口碑佳 观众要求拍续集

瑞恩也为监制袁树伟说话：“他安排这样的结局，并不是想走捷径，而是拍《最》前，他和编剧已经有拍续集的想法了，只是要看观众反应、商家等。讲是这么讲，但真的要拍，也应该不会是现在拍。”

陈国明也透露，目前本地剧的档期已排至2011年底，本地电视迷像瑞恩和陈莉萍再度“合体”，恐怕还得等上一阵子。

瑞恩：得奖不重要 重要是演技

从未提名“最佳女主角”，瑞恩：得奖与否不重要。

瑞恩一向不看重奖项，她说：“没去想是否会得奖，那也不重要，重要的是演技有进步。”

“我对自己要求很高，看了自己演的剧后，会有忧郁一阵子，总觉得自己做得不够好。”

她指，得奖只是为了不然让身边一路支持她的人失望，但近来得奖呼声越来越高，她说：“我尽量不去理会这样的声音，还是不要把焦点放在得奖上，因为期望越大，失望也越大！既然得奖、收视都不在我控制范围内，何必去在乎？”

For one thing, it’s not a laugh-a-minute session all the way through.

The night’s proceedings began with the opening musical number and monologue: A great start with a great take on the YOG.

Then followed a series of sketches which, for most part worked – particularly the one featuring “Rui En”, “Ping Hui” and “Liping” from Unriddle. The sketch links, with poked fun at Tom Jones and the revised Starhub channels, were brilliant though.

瑞恩喜欢自我折磨？

新传媒“七公主”时代已终结，花旦们又回到原点，凭着实力博出位。

今年瑞恩在本地四方盒的成绩有目共睹。短短8个月就交出了三部剧《过好年》、《我在你左右》和《最火搭档》，工作忙档不停歇，让她差点儿喘不过气。

对粉丝又爱又恨

原本计划今年3月的“e乐大赏”后和瑞恩作访问，让她畅谈获得“e乐人气本地电视女演员”的心情。 不料这位公主让记者等了又等。直到近期宣传《最火搭档》，才有机会和她聊天。

“真的要谢谢粉丝，他们从我出道以来就不断地支持我，让我很感动。这些并不是应酬的客套话，真的是出自内心的。就拿这个奖项为例，当我知道自己得奖，我真的很惊讶。就是因为他们在背后不断地投票，我才可以得到这个奖。”
