The New Paper New Face ’98
EXAM fever has gripped Raffles Junior College.
But New Face of the Year, Gabrielle Dai, 17, is turning heads away from books.
Yesterday was her first day back in school after she beat 11 other contenders last Friday in The New Paper New Face contest.
Quipped her close friend and classmate Lu Rui En, 17: “I must have heard ‘Congrats Gab’ at least a thousand times today.”
